In 2017, LendingPoint approached Just Drive Media to develop a PR strategy that would support its evolution from fintech lender to a money-on-demand ecosystem.
Our first engagement focused on message development and refinement as the company added new lines of business and expanded its target audience. Later, we worked hand-in-hand with the client to uncover and analyze company data that revealed emerging trends and helped define the state of consumer lending. Based on our findings, we developed a data-based storytelling and thought leadership campaign as part of a broader media relations strategy.
Since our relationship began, LendingPoint has more than tripled its workforce, added offices around the country, and provided loans totaling $5.5 billion. The Data Labs program Just Drive Media developed to showcase LendingPoint’s expertise and proprietary data drew the attention of top tier publications, broadcast, trade outlets, tech pubs and local media, resulting in 204 articles in publications like ABC News, the Associated Press, and CNBC. We’ve also supported LendingPoint through more than 20 award wins, including Inc. 5000 and the Deloitte 500.
