Beneath Ali’s calm, cool demeanor lies a communications powerhouse. Having worked alongside some of the brightest minds in Silicon Valley PR, Ali combines strategic vision and a sharp eye for trends with an unwavering commitment to client results. Since co-founding JDM in 2007, Ali has built the agency into a valuable partner for clients like eBay, LinkedIn and Skype, along with a number of emerging and established consumer and B2B technology brands. She has piloted startup launches, created and guided conversations around clients ranging from large enterprises to small firms, and helped major brands derive value from social media.
Creative Director and Co-Founder
John wears many hats at Just Drive Media – from acting as strategic advisor to the company’s overall direction to leading web development, graphic design and internet marketing campaigns for Just Drive Media and its clients, his day-to-day changes almost daily. John is continually focused on improving processes. His attention to detail and dedication to accuracy played a major role in shaping our social listening and analytics offerings, which we believe are among the best in the business. An entrepreneur from the start, John launched his own consultancy in 2001, where he worked with such technology giants as eBay, Yahoo! and Xerox on product demos, graphic design and web development projects. In 2007, he partnered with Ali to form Just Drive Media.
VP of Special Projects
Nicole is a communications consultant specializing in business strategy and organizational management. She served as the V.P., Group Director of Social Strategy, North America at Havas Media, specializing in both account management and brand strategy for global brands. Previously, she served as the Director of Content Strategy at EP & Co | Hill Holliday and as Senior Digital Strategist at Ogilvy, developing strategy for the leading Fortune 100 companies. Nicole obtained an MA in Communications and is now pursuing a MS in Finance, both from John Hopkins University. She also earned her BA in History and Political Science from Furman University.
VP of Public Relations and Client Services
Stacey is the very definition of a people person. She builds trust and rapport quickly with clients and reporters, making her a natural for PR. She is meticulously organized, and can spot a good story from a mile off. An 18-year veteran of journalism and PR, she has a knack for anticipating tough questions, securing positive coverage and creating engaging content. Today she builds and supervises successful national, local and trade PR campaigns for clients in the technology, staffing, healthcare and consumer lifestyle spaces. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Stacey training for a half marathon, catching redfish with her husband and two boys, checking travel destinations off her list, or hanging out at the baseball field.

Rachel just gets it. A quick study and skilled PR and social specialist, Rachel can jump into any business, immediately grasp their context and start spotting trends and great stories. She’s worked in social media and PR for seven years, for clients like Dunkin Donuts, Prestige Cosmetics, and various startups in fitness, entertainment, beauty, and tech. At Just Drive Media her work includes support for LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ PR program and managing social media for Movius, a service provider for the BYOD industry. She gets a huge kick out of watching startups and new social media programs flourish through engagement and fun campaigns, and she loves the success that comes from marrying PR and social media initiatives. That’s a wedding we all like to see.

With over 5 years of experience gleaned from PR agencies in Atlanta and New York, Lauren brings her expertise in Client and Public Relations, Media Relations, Social Media and Marketing to the JDM team. Work in the Textile and Fashion Industry has given her a meticulous eye for detail and quality, while roles at Caren West PR provided her with a solid PR foundation and maximize her talents and knowledge. These experiences have enhanced her passion for the communication and lifestyle industries, and she aspires to continue her professional development in these areas. Between writing high quality content, pitching, researching and supporting clients like LinkedIn and LendingPoint, Lauren can be found keeping up with the latest fashion trends, painting or drawing or sinking her toes into the sand at the beach.

Aisha Woodruff is a bona fide wordsmith. Her journalism background bolsters years of industry experience helping technology startups better tell their stories. A joyful collaborator, Aisha is skilled at crafting a variety of content, from B2B and B2C copy to blogs and articles for thought leaders, while preserving each client’s unique voice and style. Her byline also rests on numerous life and arts features and essays. She loves cats and bird watching (don’t worry, the irony is not lost on her), and she’s traveled the world as a singer-songwriter and violinist.

Sharp, quick and funny, Kelly was made for social media. She leads strategy, content development, listening and advocacy programs for many of our PR and social media clients. Combining an engaging social voice with an analytical mind, Kelly expertly sifts through the noise to identify trends, flag issues and provide counsel. Years in startup PR taught her to parlay minimal resources into great results, while advising lifestyle companies honed her ability to spot and capitalize on consumer trends. Today, clients love her strategic social approach: listening carefully and building relationships, then leveraging her quick wit to start, join and guide conversations.

We’re considering getting her a cape. As Just Drive Media’s Social Media and Events Manager, Sejal acts as a liaison for many of our high-profile tech clients, ensuring priority projects stay on track. She orchestrates high-profile events from the ground up, acts as a community and social media manager, and pitches in with just about anything anyone else on the team needs help with.

Sonam brings humor and commitment to every project, from social listening and community management to influencer marketing and customer advocacy. She combines a “get things done” attitude with a deep understanding of client needs and a great sense of fun to create fresh ideas and content you can’t help but read. Sonam currently puts her social powers to work for clients like Suitable Technologies and RingCentral/Glip. If you get on a call with her, she’s going to make you laugh. A nomad at heart, Sonam lives in Dallas (for now), by way of San Diego, Central California and, originally, Atlanta.

Heather brings it all together. Her ability to think big, paired with her love of looking beneath the surface makes for a rare combination that leads to high-impact insights for clients. From analytics, to strategy, to communications, Heather has worked with brands such as Nike, T-Mobile, Twitter, Amazon, and others. Her psychology studies and interest in understanding the human psyche sparked a deep love of social media marketing and the data that drives it. When she’s not exploring the treasure troves of client-data, she’s likely exploring a new country, new skill, or the social experiment known as Burning Man (where Heather has volunteered for 10 years). A seeker at heart, exploration is the fuel in Heather’s creative engine, giving her a distinct perspective on creative thinking and strategy which she brings everywhere she goes.

While Kelly has spent the majority of her career crafting content in 280 characters or less, her ideas and creativity span far beyond. Having worked on brands such as Hi-Chew, Lyft, Disney, and Warner Brothers, she takes pride in seeing social campaigns go from simple talking points in a meeting to full-fledged productions. Kelly’s ability to dive into any project with her extensive knowledge of the influencer space makes her a content queen, delivering nothing but quality results for clients when combined with her knack for numbers. Outside of JDM, you can find Kelly at local restaurants, perusing farmer’s markets, saving the bees, laughing at TikToks, or obsessing over her cats, Wednesday and Pugsley.

Jacqueline is a jack of all trades. She specializes in social media marketing, content creation, development and execution of marketing strategy, and more. Her background in PR has led her to work with several national companies and nonprofits. Clients love her because she takes their company to new heights by bringing their brands to life through social media. If you are looking for an out-of-the box idea, she is your girl! In her free time, you can catch her binging a TV show, listening to a podcast, or watching a YouTube video.

Paul is our point man on all things analytics. A voracious learner and true Jack-of-all-trades, Paul got his professional start at the tender age of 15 working as the Easter Bunny at the local mall. You can only go up from there, and he now spends his days developing analytical strategies and best practices in collaboration with clients and Just Drive coworkers. Known for his pragmatism, empathy, and sense of humor, Paul also leads our analytics team, reviewing and refining all analytics reports, and working with our software providers to ensure we’re always using the best tools for any situation. Drawing from 6 years’ experience as a video production coordinator, Paul also assists with creative content strategy and execution, specifically filming, editing, and Photoshop. In his off-hours, Paul opts in for adventure and is always a solid yes for boating, hiking, skiing, paintball – and anything else that will give his adrenaline a solid boost.

Count on Kelsey to find the proper gif for any situation. Our data detective, Kelsey blends her knack for detail and organization with a natural curiosity and ability to crunch numbers – getting to the bottom of just about anything. An experienced social media marketer, she’s become an integral part of our stellar data and analytics team, executing accurate and insightful social media reporting for our clients. Kelsey’s always on the hunt for new tools and ways to make processes more efficient, all while keeping up with the latest industry trends. Outside of work you can find her enjoying some cat snuggles on the couch, hitting the gym or planning her next travel adventure alongside her husband.
Kevin Stewart Jr.
Senior Social Media Analyst
Kevin has a decade of digital analytics under his belt. He enjoys problem solving and understanding precisely how things function along with which levers can be pulled to adjust the outcome. He has assisted with the digital growth brands like Coca-Cola, Hasbro, and T-Mobile. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Arkansas, but loves to travel with his wife, Kristen. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys tinkering and learning new skills. If he isn’t in his office taking an online course, he’s likely in the garage working on car or motorcycle maintenance, or taking something apart while listening to rock music just a little too loudly.
Social Media Analyst
Spring is quick to dive into headlines and social listening projects. With her background in digital advertising operations and media research, she skillfully vets data and provides meaningful insights. When this Temple University graduate is not analyzing media she’s creating word search puzzles or trying out new recipes.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Brianna serves as our virtual Office Manager and Executive Assistant for JDM, supporting the team’s business operations. She fell in love with the business world at 13, when she got her start working alongside her Mom & Dad running their family’s six salons. She soon found a passion for advertising and marketing, which she parlayed into a career with News Corp Australia. As an account executive she looked after a $50 million portfolio for some of the company’s top advertisers for print, digital and Social Media. Following her career in media sales, Brianna shifted focus to media business operations and provides a variety of support for the JDM team including contracts and budget management, recruiting, hiring and team onboarding, benefits & payroll management, plus a million other day to day things! She loves having a hand in day-to-day business administration and management, but isn’t about to let her social media and marketing chops go to waste.
