What 6 Months of Awards Really Say About Our Work

In the past six months, we’ve doubled down on our special blend of data and imagination, scaled a 10-year mission to fight hunger, created courses on burnout and purpose, and helped moonshots go mainstream.

And we picked up a few awards along the way.

We’ve received recognition in areas that reflect some of our most important priorities: the work we do for our clients, how we support and challenge each other, and the kind of culture we’re building together.

While we didn’t set out to win awards, the recognition gave us a moment to pause and appreciate what they reinforce: that doing things a little differently can lead to lasting impact, for our team, our clients, and our purpose.

For us, here’s what the recognition really reflects.

Our agency was born remote, and for nearly two decades, we’ve focused on building a culture that feels connected, collaborative, and energizing—no matter where we are. This year, that work earned recognition from Inc. Best Workplaces (our second year in a row!) and Ragan’s Top Places to Work in Communications.

This year’s PR Daily Excellence in Social Media award and two Hermes Creative Awards (Platinum and Gold) celebrated the kind of work we’re most proud of: turning sharp insights into standout storytelling

With X, the Moonshot Factory, we’ve helped craft a social strategy that reflects the company’s bold mission, generating industry-leading engagement and growing their influence through original, thoughtful content and creative (graphics, sliders, audiograms, and more). With RingCentral, we refined a social presence rooted in audience needs—powering product launches and executive thought leadership with creative, data-driven content and a successful influencer program. Learn more about RingCentral’s vision for the future of business communications here.

With Upwork, we combined analytics and executive comms to create a program that fueled a significant lift in media reach and executive visibility, while informing future comms strategy. See what they’re up to at the moment.

These wins reflect one of our core beliefs: that great work lives where art meets science. Our programs pair creative strategy with measurement and insight. They’re built to adapt, resonate, and deliver lasting results.

Leadership that builds, not spotlights

Our recognitions these past few months reached deeper than our work and our culture. They also acknowledged the leadership that helps make both possible.

Our CEO, Ali Winkle, recently earned a spot on the list of Ragan’s Top Women in Communications.

As anyone who’s worked with Ali knows, this isn’t about visibility. It’s about consistency. During the past year, she’s helped launch new leadership training, expanded our learning and wellness programs, deepened our mission-related work, and reinforced the kind of feedback culture that helps people thrive.

She’s also continued to explore the challenges leaders face today, creating Maven courses on burnout and purpose that reflect the same values we bring to our client work.

Her recognition affirms what our team sees every day: thoughtful leadership that makes space for people to do great work, and to grow while doing it.

It’s not the trophies. It’s the throughline.

We’re proud of every piece of recognition, but what matters most to us is the thread that connects them: a commitment to working with integrity, supporting one another, and doing the kind of work that makes us all proud.
